The petitioner is seeking transfer of case emerging from FIR beraing No.664/2017 registered u/s 406/420 IPC at PS Sanjeeva Reddy Nagar District Hyderabad City, Hyderabad, Telangana pending before the court of ACMM, City Criminal Courts, Hyderabad City, Telangana to the Court of competent jurisdiction, Karkardoom Court (Shahdara District), New Delhi. It is alleged that a false report has been lodged against her that she has misappropriated certain amount which was stated to have been desposited by the father-in-law in the petitioner wife is 16:54 Using in Shahdara, New Delhi.<br>Reason Standard, New Delhi.
