Heard Mr. Jaideep Gupta, learned Senior Counsel appearing for the petitioner. The counsel submits that the present matter pertains to the issue as to whether TET Qualification is necessary for teachers serving in minority Institutions. It is then pointed out that from the same common judgment dated 02.06.2023 of the High Court another SLP i.e., Special Leave Petition (C) Diary No.45649/2023 is filed where notice was issued on 20.11.2023.
