UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R

These petitions are filed by the State of Tamil Nadu with a delay of 232 days. However, Mr. K. Radhakrishnan, learned Senior Counsel would submit that the Special Leave Petition relating to the similar issue on granting approval to teachers in minority institution are pending before this Court in different SLPs including SLP (C)No.12693/2022.

Issue notice on the applications for condonation of delay as also on the Special Leave Petitions.
