UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R
The other case i.e. SLP (C) Dy. No.17702/2021, which is similar to the issue is pending and in that, question framed for consideration is as under:-
"The important question of law which is raised in the present SLP is whether the Department can insist

for TET examination passed in case of a Teacher of a minority institution and whether providing such a qualification would effect any of the rights of the minority institution guaranteed under the Constitution of India?.."
In the present case also the similar issue is involved. Considering the aforesaid, list this case along with SLP (C) Dy. No.17702/2021 for analogous hearing.
