Despite service of notice on respondent Nos.2 and 3, there is no appearance on their behalf.

However, Mr. Ramesh Thakur, Ld. Advocate has appeared on behalf of Mr. Sunny Choudhary, Ld. Advocate-on-Record for respondent No.2.

He seeks and is granted four weeks time to file vakalatnama and counter affidavit.

After expiry of the said period, the matter be processed for listing before the Hon'ble Court, as per rules.
