UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R
Heard Mr. M. P. Parthiban, learned counsel appearing for the Solutioners. Although the counsel raises the plea of challenge to seniority to be made within three years under Section 40(6) of the Tamil Nadu Government Servants (Conditions of Service) Act 2016, it
is seen that the impugned judgment confers seniority on the basis of marks obtained in the recruitment test. Such nature of arranging seniority on the basis of marks is in conformity with the Rules 24(d) of the Tamil Nadu special Police Subordinate Service Rules.
In the above circumstances, we see no scope to entertain the Special Leave Petition and the same is dismissed.
Pending application(s), if any, stand closed.
