Application seeking exemption from filing certified copy of $2.$ the impugned order is allowed.
$\mathbf{3}$ Learned counsel for the petitioners states that the sole appellant in the appeal before the High Court had expired on 12-8-2022 and the application seeking permission to substitute his some legal heirs was filed in October, 2023. The High Court, without single single by the present petitioners, who are respondents in $\overline{\text{the}}$ appeal and without setting aside the abatement and condoning the delay, has allowed the application for bringing on record the legal heirs of the deceased appellant.
4. Issue notice, returnable after two weeks.
