In terms of the settlement arrived at in the Pre-Special Lok Adalat Conciliation meeting held on 8 July 2024, the respondent has no objection to the transfer of the Writ Petition being Writ Petition No 25799 of 2022 titled as "M/s Rama Phosphates Limited Vs The Joint Director, Director General of Central Excise & Anr." from the High Court of Madhya Pradesh, Indore Bench to the High Court of Gujrat at Ahmedabad.

• 2 The Transfer Petition is allowed.
• 3 Accordingly, Writ Petition No 25799 of 2022 titled as "M/s Rama Phosphates Limited Vs The Joint Director, Director General of Central Excise & Anr." from the High Court of Madhya Prades, Indore Bench to the High Court of Gujrat at Ahmedabad.
• 4 A copy of the settlement agreement is annexed as Annexure 'A' to th Award and shall form part of the Award.
