UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R

Respondent Nos. 2 and 4 to 6 have already filed the counter affidavit.

Despite service of notice on respondent Nos.3 and 7, there is no appearance on their behalf.

Petitioner has failed to file fresh particulars and to take fresh steps to effect service on respondent No.1, though last chance was granted.

At this stage, Ld. Counsel for petitioner submits that he will file an application for substituted service in respect of Respondent No.1. He seeks and is granted four weeks time to file the same.

List again on 6.5.2024.

Two weeks time is granted to Ld. Counsel for petitioner to file spare copies for issuance of notice in respect of respondent Nos. 1 to 3, 6 and 7.

Service is not complete in respect of Respondent Nos. 4 and 5. However Ms. Meena, Ld. Advocate has appeared on behalf of Mr. C.K. Sasi, Ld. Advocate-on-Record for respondent No.4 and Ms. Shalini Kaul Ld. Advocate-on-Record has appeared on behalf of Respondent No.5.
