UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R
1. The delay of 162 days in filing and 84 days in refiling the present petition are condoned. Accordingly, I.A. Nos. 55480/2025 and 55482/2025 are allowed.
2. Heard learned counsel for the parties.
3. In pending appeal, the Appellate Court has ordered for the DNA test and the civil revision against the said order has been dismissed by the High Court/Revisional Court.
4. We find no error or illegality on the part of the Appellate Court or the Revisional Court in passing the order for the DNA test in the facts and circumstances of the case.
5. The present petition is, accordingly, dismissed.
6. Pending application(s), if any, shall stand disposed of.
