1. In view of the observations made by this Court in paragraph 15 of the judgment of this Court in Union of India v. Federation of Self-Finance Ayurvedic Colleges, Punjab and Others, reported in (2020) 12 SCC 115, issue notice, returnable in three weeks.

3. The interim order granted by the High Court shall continue to operate till the next date of hearing.
