1. This petition has been filed by the petitioner-wife seeking transfer of Family suit No. CM304 of 2024 titled as "Kala Singh Vs. Amandeep Kaur", pending in the Family Court, Hanumangarh, Rajasthan to the court of Competent Jurisdiction at Family Court Ludhiana.
2. The respondent-husband, although served with the notice issued by this Court, yet has chosen not to remain present before this Court either in-person or through an advocate.
3. We allow the Transfer Petition and direct that the Family suit No. CM304 of 2024 titled as "Kala Singh Vs. Amandeep Kaur" be transferred from the Family Court, Hanumangarh, Rajasthan to the court of Competent Jurisdiction at Family Court Ludhiana.

5. The transferee court shall make all possible endeavours first for an amicable settlement between the parties, failing which for early decision in the matter without unnecessary adjournments.
