Learned counsel for the petitioners has informed today that this Court has granted exemption from surrendering to respondent No. 2 to 8 and petitioner Nos. 2 to 7 have furnished bail bonds and have complied with the terms and conditions. Petitioner No 8 (Raman) has not complied with the order passed by this Court dated 04.12.2023.

In light of the aforesaid, the order granting exemption from surrendering to respondent No.8 is recalled.
