Despite service being complete, none has entered appearance for respondent nos.1 to 6, 15 to 21 and 24.

Respondent no.22 has refused to receive the notice. Hence, service is deemed to be complete on the said respondent through refusal, but none has entered appearance.

Four weeks time, is granted to Ld. counsel for petitioner to 🕬 e affidavit with proof of dasti service in respect of respondent $\frac{507}{20}$ S.7, 8, 10, 11, 12 and 23.

As per office report, service is not complete on respondent nos.9, 13, 14 and 25 to 32. Ld. Counsel for the petitioner has submitted that application seeking deletion of names of respondent nos.9, 13, 14 and 25 to 32 would be moved. Let the same be moved within two weeks.

If within two weeks application for deletion is moved, let the same be laid before Hon'ble Judge-in-Chambers, for kind consideration.

Else, list again on 03.04.2025.
