UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R

Respondent nos.1,4 and 6 to 8(Caveator) are granted four weeks' time for filing counter affidavit.

As per office report, ld. Counsel for the petitioner has not filed spare copies for issuance of notice to the remaining respondents. Today more time is sought. One weeks time as last opportunity is granted. If spare copies are filed within the time granted, issue notices immediately and list again on 05.02.2025. However, if spare copies are not filed within the time granted, Registry to process the matter for listing before the Hon'ble Judge in Chambers for necessary directions.
