be referred to the Supreme Court Mediation Centre to explore the possibility of an amicable settlement. Parties to appear before the Mediation Centre on 03.12.2024 at 2.30 PM.
On the first date i.e. on 03.12.2024, the mediation may take place by virtual mode. Thereafter, the parties are ready to appear personally as per the instructions by the Mediator.
After consultation, the report be made available as expeditiously as possible and preferably within a period of two months from the date of appearance.
