UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R

SLP(Crl) Nos. 1241 and 1242/2024

As per office report, M/s A.P & J Chambers, Advocates has filed vakalatnama/appearance on behalf of common respondent Nos.1 and 2, but counter affidavit has not been filed so far.

Ld. Counsel for respondent Nos.1 and 2 submits that she has submitted "NOC" regarding Respondent No.2 and now she represents respondent No.1 only.

Four weeks' time is granted to common respondent No.1, to file counter affidavit.

Mr. Ravi Raghunath, Ld. Counsel submits that there is a change of counsel on behalf of the Petitioner and today he has e-filed vakalatnama on behalf of petitioner after taking "NOC" from the erstwhile Counsel.

Ld. Counsel seeks and is granted one week's time for furnishing fresh particulars and to take fresh steps in respect of respondent No.3.

List again on 23.04.2024.
