Learned counsel for the respondents has invited my attention to the order of this Court dated 07.07.2023, whereby the respondents were permitted to withdraw the amount of Rs. 7,50,000/ by approaching the Registry and by providing necessary intimation. Learned counsel submits that as the details were not available, the same remained to be supplied to the Registry and on 16.01.2024, four weeks' time was granted to furnish requisite Bank particulars. The learned counsel further submits that as the better particulars and detailed instructions are awaited, some more time may be granted.
