Time is sought on behalf of the Chief Secretary to comply with the order dated 9th August, 2024. It is stated across the Bar that he could not do so due to flood conditions in the State. We extend the time granted under the said order till the end of October, 2024. No further time shall be granted. The compliance shall be filed on or before 4th November, 2024.
