We direct the learned counsel appearing for the respondent-State of Telangana to forward copies of the orders passed in this Special leave Petition to the Chief Secretary of the State along with copies of the affidavits filed pursuant to the orders passed by this Court.

The Chief Secretary will look into the issue and will inform the Court whether it is possible to develop a site admeasuring 600 square yards as a park. The Chief Secretary shall, if necessary, call the meeting of all the concerned and will submit his response in the form of an affidavit by 23rd September, 2024.

As observed in the order dated 15th December, 2023 of this Court, the possibility of making a park on part of the property which is the subject matter of these Special Leave Petitions shall be also considered.
