The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners seeks time to take instructions whether the petitioners are in a position to provide another site on which park can be made. Signature Not Verified

We make it clear that that the issue whether the petitioners can develop the park on the same property also needs consideration.

We direct respondent No.5 to depute its appropriate officer to the site to find out whether there is any open space available in Survey No.194/11 where a park could be made. The report shall be submitted by the fifth respondent before the next date.
