UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R

Issue fresh notice to the respondent Nos. 6, 9 and 10, returnable on 15.03.2024. Dasti, in addition, is permitted.

Perused the order dated 15.12.2023. The petitioners have not placed on record any effort made by them to comply with the said order. The petitioners shall file an affidavit within a period of four weeks from today setting out the steps taken by them in terms of the order dated 15.12.2023.
