UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R

Taking note of the serious nature of the allegations and the grounds taken to assail the order granting bail, we have issued notice to the respondents.

As per office report, service is incomplete on respondent no. 2. The petitioner shall take steps to serve the unserved respondent no.2.

However, despite being served, none entered appearance on behalf of the respondent no.1. In fact, Sh. Lalrintluanga Sailo is the son of the accused Smt. X and her name is masked for reason revealed from the impugned order. Issue bailable warrants in the sum of Rs.25,000/-, against Smt. X, to be executed by Superintendent of Police, Shillong, East Khasi Hills District, Meghalaya to ensure her appearance on 16.7.2024. Needless to say in case of her request for appearance through counsel, legal assistance shall be provided by the Supreme Court Legal Services Committee. Signature Not Verified
