UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R

Ld. counsel for the petitioner has filed proof of service upon Central Agency in respect of respondent nos.16, 18, 71, 72, 94 and 95, hence all the aforesaid respondents are served but none has entered appearance.

As far as respondent no.97 is concerned, as per tracking report, service of notice is still awaited.

Respondent nos. 17, 73, 74, 96 need not be served, as per submission made on earlier date.

Respondent nos.1 to 15, 19 to 70 and 75 to 93 have not filed counter affidavit till yet though they are Caveators.

It is requested by ld. Counsels for both the parties that a short date may be given, hence list again on 20.8.2024.

Respondent nos.1 to 15, 19 to 70 and 75 to 93 may file counter affidavit in the meantime.
