UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R

In view of Hon'ble Court's order dt. 12.02.2024, notice was issued to some of the respondents through their respective counsels appearing before Hon'ble High Court but none has entered appearance.

Respondent nos. 1 to 15, 19 to 70 and 75 to 93 are Caveators and duly represented.

As has been submitted by the ld. Counsel for the petitioner, respondent nos. 16 and 94-Union of India, respondent nos. 18 and 72-Department of Public Enterprises, respondent no.71- Ministry of Coal, Respondent no.95- Secretary, Ministry of Coal, Respondent no.97- JBCCI need to be served.

It has been submitted by the ld. Counsel for the petitioner that spare copies will be filed, for the remaining respondents who are yet to be served, within two days as only four spare copies have been filed earlier. Be filed. If filed, process as per rules and notices be issued against the abovesaid respondents. It has also been requested by the ld. Counsel for the petitioner that service be effected on the abovesaid respondents through the Central Agency. Allowed. Let details be furnished within two weeks.

It has been further submitted by the ld. Counsel for the petitioner that respondent no.17-Director(Personnel, ADAMP; Industrial Relations), respondent no.73-Director(P and IR), coal India Limited, respondent no.74, Mahanadi coalfields Limited, respondent no.96-South Eastern Coalfields Limited Through its Chairman cum Managing Director will be represented by Coal India Limited only, hence same need not be served. Submission is taken on record.
