3. Having considered the facts and circumstances of this matter and the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, we deem it appropriate to allow this Transfer Petition.

4. Accordingly, the Divorce Case bearing No. Marriage Petn./0000184/2023 titled 'Amol Purushottam Ratthe Vs. Bharti Amol Ratthe' pending before the Court of Civil Judge, S.D. Panvel, District Raigad, Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra be transferred to the Presiding Judge, Family Court, District Chhindwara, Madhya Pradesh, who may hear the case himself or assign it to a court of competent jurisdiction. 5. Records of the case should immediately be transferred to the transferee court.

6. The parties may explore the possibility of settlement through Mediation. The transferee court would obtain the desire and wishes of the parties and proceed accordingly in this regard.
