On the last occasion, it was submitted by the ld. counsel for respondent no.8 that name of respondent no.8 has wrongly been mentioned in the petition. Today, it is submitted by the ld. Counsel for the petitioner that the name of respondent no.8 has been mentioned as Noble Enterprises in the petition on the basis of the name mentioned in the impugned order and there is nothing incorrect in the name. Ld. Counsel for respondent no.8 to clarify in the above regard.
