UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following $0 R D E R$

1. inadvertently, the application It. seems that $(I.A.$ No.32399/2024) is listed today.

I.A. No.32399 of 2024 was for seeking deletion of respondent 2. Nos.8 and 11. The learned counsel submits that the application was listed before the learned Chamber Judge on 01.04.2024 and the same was allowed in part. The copy of the order is also made available my perusal. The order reads thus:-

"Heard learned counsel for the parties.

IA No. 32399 is allowed in part. Respondent no. 8 is ordered to be deleted. In view of the independent application having been filed to bring the Lrs of deceased respondent no. 8 on record, hence respondent no. 8 is ordered to be deleted. SLP is dismissed against respondent no. 11 as it is reported that respondent no. 11 is a proforma respondent and no relief has been sought against the said respondent no. 11."

3. This being an inadvertent error, no order is now, required to be passed on application (I.A. No.32399 of 2024).

4. The letter dated 23.04.2024 filed by the learned counsel for the petitioners be taken on record.
