UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following ORDER

$\epsilon$ The learned counsel for the respondents seeks time to file $\mathbb{Z}^{\mathbb{S}}$ unter affidavit.

$2.$ The same shall be filed within three weeks from today.

3. However, taking note of the nature of the offences for which the petitioners were convicted and sentenced and also taking note of the period of sentence imposed and undergone by the petitioners herein, we are of the considered view that the petitioners can be released on interim bail.

4. Accordingly, the petitioners herein are directed to be released on interim bail subject to terms and conditions to be imposed by the Trial Court.

5. For the said purpose and for issue of release orders, the petitioners shall forthwith be produced before the Trial Court.
