I.A. No. 54889 of 2025, application seeking discharge of the Advocate-on-Record on behalf of Respondent No.2 has been filed. Considering the email communication and the communication sent by speed post and its delivery on the accused-Respondent No.2, we allow the application.

Respondent No. 2, despite service of notice of this Court and intimation by the counsel, is not appearing.
