IA No.68380/2023 for delay in filing the special leave petitions is condoned is allowed.

IA No.68381/2023 for permission to file special leave petition(s) has been taken out by the legal representatives of five deceased appellants/petitioners who had preferred the appeal before the High Court. These are appellant/petitioner no.6 in RFA 8785/2014, appellant/petitioner no.2 in RFA 1492/2015, appellant/petitioner no.1 in RFA 2175/2015, appellant/petitioner no.5 in RFA 2175/2015 and appellant/petitioner no.7 in RFA 2175/2015.

IA No.68382/2023 for substitution is allowed upon condoning the delay in filing the substitution application (IA No.68383/2023). The abatement qua the aforesaid petitioners of this set of petitions is set aside under these circumstances.

IA No.68386/2023 has been taken out by the legal representatives of Bhudev, who was appellant/petitioner no.2 in RFA 2175/2015. The said IA is allowed and the applicant - Sarla is impleaded as a petitioner in this petition(s).
