Respondent nos.11 to 13 and 16 are granted two weeks' time as prayed as last opportunity for filing counter affidavit.

Ld. Counsel for respondent nos. 11 to 13 and 16 submits that respondent nos. 14 and 15 are also represented by them and vakalatnama has been filed on behalf of the said respondents. Registry to verify and update the records. If vakalatnama is on record, four weeks time is granted to file counter affidavit. Ld. Counsel for the petitioner has not taken fresh steps in respect of respondent nos.5,7 and 9 despite last opportunity having been granted. Today again time has been sought. Three days time is granted as last and final opportunity. If steps are taken within the time granted, process as per rules and list again on 5.11.2024. If steps are not taken within the time granted, Registry to process the matter for listing before the Hon'ble Judge in Chambers for necessary directions.
