As of today, there are only two applications for intervention filed by the slum dwellers who are claiming eligible for rehabilitation. The learned senior counsel appearing for the Developer states that he is willing to respond to the cases of the applicants.

We make it clear that we will consider the cases of those intervenors who have already filed applications and those intervenors who serve copies of the proposed applications by tomorrow i.e. 12th December, 2023 evening on the advocate representing the Developer/Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation. It will be open for the proposed intervenors to give the names and other particulars within the aforesaid time.
