UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R

Appellant has failed to file fresh particulars and to take fresh steps to effect service on the sole respondent, though last chance was granted.

However, as requested, two weeks time is granted to file application for substituted service, failing which the matter shall be processed for listing before the Hon'ble Judge-in-Chambers for further directions.

In case of compliance, list the matter again before this Court on 16.1.2024.
