Before the aforesaid order could be signed, learned counsel for respondent no.2 appeared and objected to the adjournment by saying that she had not been informed by learned counsel for respondent no.3 about his intention to seek adjournment and even a copy of the letter circulated by learned counsel had not been furnished to her. In view of the above, we deem it proper to recall the order passed in the morning and direct that the case be listed on 4.2.2013.
