Heard Mr. R. Venkataramani, learned Attorney General for India appearing for the petitioners.

rationalisation of the teachers, in the Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan Schools. Accordingly, he prays for time to receive further instructions.

The respondent is represented by Ms. Meenakshi Arora, learned senior counsel and she submits that the transfer policy is being selectively utilised by the Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan. Since the learned Attorney General is appearing for the petitioners, the counsel suggests that a broad view can be taken on all aspects on the issue. According to her instruction the litigations initiated by teachers have been answered in their favour, by Benches of Central Administrative Tribunal in Jodhpur, Ahmedabad, Chandigarh, Mumbai, Delhi and Jaipur.
