Heard Mr. Suryaprakash V Arju, learned ASG appearing for the 1. petitioner.
The counsel would refer to paragraph 98.1 of the judgment in 2. State Bank of India & Ors. v. Rajesh Agarwal & Ors. reported in (2023) 6 SCC 1 and also the interim order passed by this Court in Central Bureau of Investigation v. Surendra Patwa & Ors. (SLP Some Manufacturery No. 15952 of 2024) to argue that the High Court $\frac{1054}{\text{Res}}$ reliance on the Reserve Bank's Master Circular, which relates to

civil proceeding and cannot be blindly applied to criminal matters.
3. Issue notice, returnable in four weeks.
4. The interim order passed on 17.05.2024 in the SLP (Criminal) Diary No. 15952 of 2024 will also operate in the present matter.
