Our attention is drawn to paragraph '98.1' of the judgment dated 27.03.2023 passed by this Court in "State Bank of India &
Others vs. Rajegh Agarwal & Others"1 and the assertions made in the First Information Report (FIR) in question.
The impugned judgment will not be read as a precedent that the registration of a FIR would be quashed for non compliance of the circular dated 01.07.2016. The ratio and the decision in the case of Rajesh Agarwal (supra) will be followed.
