UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R

Prima faice, it appears that direction issued in terms of Clause 1 of the impugned judgment is directly contrary to the order of this Court dated 15th May, 2024 in C.A. No.6448 of 2024. Prima facie, we are not satisfied with the reasons recorded in paragraph 74 of the impugned judgment.

However, we are informed that election in terms of the impugned judgment is already over and the new Managing Committee has taken charge. The elected members of the Managing Committee shall be added as party respondents. Amended cause title shall be filed within one week.

Issue notice, returnable on 14th November, 2024.

The Advocate-on-Record representing Respondent Nos. 5 and 6 takes notice.

Notice of respondent nos.1 and 2 be served on the learned Standing Counsel for the State of Madhya Pradesh.

Dasti service, in addition, is permitted.

In the meanwhile, we direct that the newly elected Managing Committee shall not take any major financial or policy decisions without leave of this Court.
