O R D E R

We have perused the Report dated 1st April, 2025 submitted by Shri Justice Shantanu Sharadchandra Kemkar, Chairperson of the Adhoc Committee. The Report records the steps taken by the Ad-hoc Committee. Now we are informed that after remand, the High Court has delivered a judgment on 21st April, 2025 and in terms of the said judgment, the election is scheduled to be held on 5th May, 2025.

No further directions are required on the Report except the fact that till the declaration of the result of the election and till a new Managing Committee takes charge, the appointment of the Ad-hoc Committee shall continue. We record our appreciation for the work done by the Ad-hoc Committee headed by Shri Justice Shantanu Sharadchandra Kemkar.
