UPON hearing the counsel, the Court made the following O R D E R

Madhya Pradesh Pollution Control Board will be impleaded as respondent no.13 to the present appeal.

Cause title be amended accordingly.

Attended Verified Issue notice, including to the newly impleaded respondent ្ទីក្មី.13 - Madhya Pradesh Pollution Control Board, returnable in April

Notice will be served by all modes, including dasti.

Meanwhile, the Madhya Pradesh Pollution Control Board will conduct a periodic inspection of the appellant's factory and examine/verify whether the pollution/discharge control norms are being complied. Such surprise inspections will be conducted at least once a month and without advance notice/intimation to the appellant. However, upon reaching the factory, a notice of inspection will be served. Madhya Pradesh Pollution Control Board will collect and analyse samples of emissions, effluents, and noise, and file a report by the next hearing date. The impact of industrial activity on the neighbourhood will be included in the report for consideration.

The appellant will deposit two crore rupees in the registry of this Court on or before 31.03.2024.
