UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R

1. Issue notice, returnable in four weeks.

2. Mr. Bibhash Pathak, learned counsel for the respondents, appears and accepts notice for all the respondents.

3. Until further orders, there shall be stay of the execution proceedings on the condition that the petitioners deposit 50% of the amount awarded by the Reference Court, as affirmed by the High Court, within a period of 12 weeks before the Reference Court. 4. The said amount shall be permitted to be withdrawn by the respondents concerned on furnishing solvent sureties to the satisfaction of the Executing Court and file an undertaking or affidavit to the effect that in the event this Court directs for refund of the amount to the petitioners, the same shall be done within the period to be prescribed by this Court.
