O R D E R

Leave granted.

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the appellant and the learned counsel appearing for the first respondent in the respective Appeals.

The impugned orders are modified by directing that withdrawal of 50 per cent of the compensation amount shall be permitted on the claimants furnishing a bank guarantee of a nationalised bank to the satisfaction of the executing Court. If the bank guarantee is not furnished within a period of three months from today, the concerned executing Court will invest the amount in a fixed deposit with any nationalised bank and the fixed deposit shall be renewed from time to time till further orders.

The Appeals are partly allowed on the above terms.
