UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R
We are in agreement with the view of the Division Bench of the High Court that the appropriate remedy for the petitioners would have been to raise an industrial dispute under Section 10 of the Industrial Disputes Act 1947. The Special Leave Petition is hence dismissed.
