UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R
Delay in filing the special leave petitions is condoned.
In the peculiar facts and circumstances of the case, we
see no reason to interfere with the orders impugned passed by the High Court. We observe that the order be now complied, if not already complied with, within a month.
With the aforesaid observations, leaving the question of law open, the special leave petitions are dismissed. Pending applications stand disposed of.
