UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R
1. The TWAD Board has filed an affidavit dated 14 January 2019, of its Executive Engineer, Maintenance Division, in pursuance of the previous order dated 11 January 2019. In the affidavit, the Board has combined both the requirements of drinking water and industrial use without indicating a bifurcation.
2. We require the Board to submit proper data in pursuance of the previous order clearly bifurcating the extent of water required for (i) drinking; (iii) irrigation; and (iii) industrial use separately. The data shall be placed on affidavit and shall cover the anticipated requirements for the period from 1st February, 2019 to 30 June 2019. An advance copy of the affidavit be furnished to all the learned counsel by 30 January 2019.
3. Learned counsel appearing for the State Government shall take instructions on the status of the application moved by the TWAD Board for approval of the Union Ministry of Environment, Forests and Climate Change.
4. List on 1 February 2019.
