UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R

  • 1 Since Mr P V Dinesh, who had entered appearance on behalf of the petitioner has since been designated as Senior Advocate, Ms Anna Oommen, counsel states that a fresh Vakalatnam shall be filed within a period of two weeks.
  • 2 The submission, in the meantime, is that contrary to the directions which were issued by this Court in its order dated 12 July 2019, the first respondent has not reimbursed the petitioner in respect of an amount of over Rs 9 lakhs

which has been paid over towards the retiral dues of the employee. Counsel states that the balance to be remitted as of date is Rs 14,52,281, inclusive of interest.
