Respondent No.5 has already filed counter affidavit.

Being complete matter, place the same before the Hon'ble Court, as per rules.

C.A. No. 8301/2016

Ld. Counsel for the respondent No.5 has not filed any counter affidavit despite grant of last chance.

High Court reported that notice issued to respondent No.6 has been received back with remarks "the address is incomplete". Hence, learned counsel for appellants shall within a period of four weeks' file the fresh particulars of the said respondent and he shall also take requisite steps for the service of NLPA upon him.

Four weeks' time is given to learned counsel for respondent Nos.1 to 4 to file counter affidavit.

Ld. Counsel for the respondent No.6 has not filed any counter affidavit despite grant of last chance.

Service is deemed complete on Respondent No. 5 as Respondent No.5 i.e. "Committee of Management Lokmaniya Tilak Inter College, Pratapgarh" is common in all the matters and is represented through Mr. Mareesh Pravir Sahay, Advocate in C.A. Nos. 8300 and 8301/2016. but no one has entered appearance in this matter.
