UPON hearing the counsel, the Court made the following O R D E R

1. With the consent of parties, the matter is referred to

the Supreme Court Mediation Centre. Parties to appear

before the Mediation Centre on 22.11.2024 at 2.00 PM.

2. On the first date i.e. on 22.11.2024, the mediation may take place by virtual mode. Thereafter, the parties are ready to appear personally as per the instructions by the Mediator.

3. After considering the issue, the report be made available as expeditiously as possible and preferably within a period of three months from the date of appearance.

4. List the matter after the mediation report is received.
