Petitioner Nos.63 and 65 have filed the application seeking withdrawal of the Special Leave Petition.
Earlier, the Special Leave Petition was permitted to be withdrawn on behalf of respondent Nos.13, 15 and 23 by Hon'ble Judge-in-Chambers by order dated 18.09.2024.
Thus, for the reasons mentioned in the affidavit filed in support of the application, this application for withdrawal is allowed qua petitioner Nos.63 and 65.
